Developments in the Dairy and Poultry Industies during last decade have been important enough to braught out a considerable amount of materials on Dairy and Poultry farming and processing of milk and poultry related products.Dairy farming is a class of agricultural or an animal husbandry,enterprise,for long-term production of milk, usually from dairy cows but also from goats and sheep, which may be either processed on-site or transported to a dairy factory for processing and eventual retail sale. Poultry farming is the raising of domesticated birds such as chickens,ducks turkeys and geese for the purpose of farming meat or eggs for food. Poultry are farmed in great numbers with chickens being the most numerous. More than 50 billion chickens are raised annually as a source of food, for both their meat and their eggs.
